I used to work with Rails, pure Ruby, Grape, even Hanami. I saw great and awful architecture, tons of legacy code and well-used patterns. Can help you to not become spagetti-code writer.

I'm writing Ruby code for more than 7 years: web-applications on Rails, gems, scripts, Chef cookbooks and Puppet modules and many other things. And I can teach you all of these.

I am developing using Ruby since 2005. Ruby scripts are mostly part of back-end processes and run via scheduled jobs. For developing Web apps, I use Rails framework.

Rails? or may be Hanami? or Sinatra? or Padrino? Whatever you like. I can teach you any framework written on Ruby. More than that, maybe you wish to build you own framework? Can do that too

Ruby world is not limited by Rails. Alternative frameworks, microservices, DSL - you can enrich your own toolkit with them, and I'll help you not to be lost in a variety of technologies.

How many hours per week will a mentor communicate with me?
The primary task of the mentor is to teach you self-reliance. Mentor will not so much answer questions as teach you to look for answers. So don't wait for the mentor to tell you the theory for a few hours. But he will give you as much time as you need.
Do you want to be a mentor?
We are looking for experienced programmers who don't get mad when they are asked stupid questions.
