Teaching somewhere else
mkdev cannot stop mentors from teaching somewhere else besides mkdev. But here’s the most crucial rule: you mustn’t steal the mkdev students and assign them to other places, as well as work with them outside mkdev. Those are mkdev clients, we spent our time and money to get them, they became your students because of mkdev. Thus, it’s strictly forbidden to work with them outside mkdev and non-compliance might lead to penalty.
We are ready to support our mentors in any endeavors. We’ll help if you want to prepare an online workshop. If you want to write a book, we’ll help too (with promoting, editing, illustrations). Just tell Leonid and Kirill your idea and we’ll come up with the right decision together. Don’t think that if we sell mentorship services, we are not able to sell other products of our mentors.
So if mentors want to teach somewhere else, we cannot intervene.
