Second main mkdev feature is voice consultations. You can read all about them here.

To provide voice consultations you need to choose them in the Your Services section of your Study Office:

Here's how getting a voice consultation works for a user at the moment:

1. The client leaves an inquery on the site.
2. An mkdev manager finds for them a mentor who can help.
3. The client chooses 2-3 options of when exactly they can have their consultation.
4. The mentor chooses one of the options.
5. The clients pays for 15 to 60 minutes of consulting on the site.
6. Through an mkdev manager the mentor passes on to the client a link to a videocall where the consultation will take place. You can use any free service with a videocall option.
7. When the reserved time comes, the clinet has their consultation.
8. If it takes more time than it was already paid for, the client pays again for the rest of the consultation.
