Here’s what we offer our clients:

Imagine that you have your own personal Google which answers all your questions with the useful and trusted information. It shows you what to do and in what order, controls what you’re doing and motivates if needed. But it doesn’t give you any marks for your progress as schoolteachers do and never calls your parents. This is a Mentor.

The importance of a mentor for a professional success cannot be overestimated. Your mentor gives you not only personal interaction and recommendations from an expert in the field you’ve just started in, but also the feeling that you’re doing everything right and learn necessary skills instead of spending your time on some garbage you’ll never need.

When students pay us, they don’t want some course.

We’re lucky, since our beloved students, some of whom have been working with our mentors for six months or even more, understand it.

They understand that they pay to have an access to the knowledge of an expert in some field, who will always be available, ready to answer any questions and help if necessary.

They understand that mentors can not only review their code thoroughly, but also help with the CV and first open source contribution as well as conduct an interview, give priceless recommendations concerning the career path and push the students to start working for money as soon as possible.

They’ve already realized that the questions like ‘Am I good enough for this course?’ make no sense, as they know that the mentor works not according to some predefined course plan, but tries help each student develop in an individual way.

They know that finishing the course doesn’t finish the mentorship, so they pay their mentors even when they’ve started working as Junior developers in some companies.

They know that most companies:

1. don’t have time to teach you properly;
2. don’t have such experts as our mentors;

They know that having a mentor (not a course) might feel as if you’ve planned to run a marathon and then Superman appears out of nowhere, grabs you by the collar and drags you to the finish line in no time. He pats you on the shoulder and says: ‘See ya, if you ever need something, let me know’ and then just walks off into the sunset.

It’s important to be a mentor, not a ‘course teacher’. Our approach is not a course, it’s a live mentorship.

Who are our clients?

Anybody. Mostly newbies, but not only them. Our mentors share their skills with those who don’t have them yet. They may be our corporate clients, Middle or Senior developers, basically anybody.
